One calendar month’s notice before the end of the term in writing on the first day of a month is required before the withdrawal of a pupil from school. No T.C. will be issued once the new session starts.
Transfers Certificates will be issued only after all dues are cleared. T. C. will not be issued to those students who leave mid term unless full years fees are paid.
If the conduct, behavior or influence of a student is found detrimental to the general discipline / interest of the school, the Rector / Principal / Vice-Principal may order his/her withdrawal.
If a student is found medically unfit and / or is a health hazard to the other students, he/she may be asked to be withdrawn.
