School rules
Students are not to attend class or Examination if they are sick.
Students suffering from Mumps, Measles or any other contagious disease must not come to school until they are completely cured.
Students name may be stuck off the rolls if his tution fee falls due for 2 consecutive months.
If a student remain absent, parents / guardian should make a note of it and duly sign in the column provided in the Diary.
If a student remains absent for more than three consecutive days, a Doctor’s certificate of fitness is to be provided on the day he attends class.
If the conduct of a child seems to be detrimental to the discipline of the school, he / she will be suspended from class or be given a Transfer Certificate in graver situation.
If any parent / guardian requires T.C. of his ward, one month’s prior notice is to be given by the parents (before the end of the session).
T. C. will not be issued to those students who leave in midterm unless the entire session fees are cleared.
Any damage done to school property must be made good by the student responsible or by the class as a whole as will be decided by the authorities. The school authorities can impose individual or collective fines.
Parents are not allowed to meet their wards during school hours without permission from the Rector/Principal / Vice Principal into the school office rooms is also prohibited unless permission is granted by the Rector / Principal / Vice Principal.
Students are to be encouraged to speak in English at all times during school hours, except when attending the vernacular classes.
Students are responsible for the safe custody of their books and personal belonging at school. The school authorities will not compensate for any lost articles. Parents are requested not to allow cash or costly articles to be brought to school by their wards watches and gold ornaments are forbidden. All objectionable matter is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorised cash / articles found with students will be confiscated.
An identity card is issued to every student.In School rules Student must have updated identity cards every year.
Change of address / phone numbers of the students should be notified to the school authorities immediately.
Students are not allowed to bring and use of mobile phone on the school premises.
Smoking, chewing pan, betel nut or tobacoo by students is strictly forbidden.
A STUDENT MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE SCHOOL FOR THE REASONS MENTIONED BELOW :
Irregular attendances in class.
Those who are habitually late or absent for a long duration without notice to the school.
Whose conduct is injurious to the moral tone of the school.
Bringing objectionable matter to school.
Suffering from serious infectious diseases.
